At Daatoon Dental, we aim to keep our appointment and payment process simple, transparent, and convenient for our patients.

Appointment Bookings

Currently, Daatoon Dental does not require or collect any online booking fee through the website.

Booking an appointment through the website does not require payment unless specifically communicated otherwise.

Accidental or Unauthorised Website Charges

If, due to a technical error or any other reason, you are charged while booking an appointment through our website, please contact us immediately.

Please share the relevant details, such as your name, contact number, transaction ID/payment reference, amount charged, and date of transaction, so our team can verify the payment.

Once the payment is verified and found to have been incorrectly charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, wherever possible.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method used.

Treatment Payments & Refunds

Payments made directly to Daatoon Dental for consultations, dental procedures, treatments, products, laboratory work, or other services are subject to the nature and stage of the treatment.

Once a dental treatment, procedure, consultation, diagnostic service, or laboratory work has been completed or initiated, the amount paid for that service may not ordinarily be refundable.

Where advance payment has been made for a treatment that has not yet started, any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any expenses already incurred specifically for the patient, including laboratory charges, customised dental products, materials, scans, or third-party costs, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Treatment Packages & Multiple-Visit Procedures

Certain dental treatments may involve multiple appointments or customised work. If a patient chooses to discontinue such treatment after it has begun, the clinic may calculate charges based on the services already provided and costs already incurred. Any eligible balance, if applicable, will be determined accordingly.

Appointment Cancellation

Patients are requested to inform Daatoon Dental as early as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment so that the slot can be made available to another patient.

Since no online appointment booking fee is currently charged, there is ordinarily no cancellation refund applicable to standard website appointments.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Daatoon Dental will initiate it after verification. The time required for the amount to reflect in the patient's account will depend on the applicable bank or payment service provider.
